Just Fucking Love Yourself, Dude.
If I can’t be proud my progress, how can I expect others to be?I see it time and time again. People hating on those who post photos of themselves. “We all know you’re hot. Get over yourself.” LOLNOPE.jpg. I’m awesome. I’m pretty. I will not get over myself. If I don’t love myself, how will anyone else?
I have worked so damn hard to get to where I am today, and you bet your ass I’m proud and going to show it off.
Want to know my take on the subject?
I think everyone should take pictures of themselves and post them. Everyone should be confident enough to spam their lovely followers with pictures.
I don’t wallow in self pity. I have self esteem. I am a beautiful strong woman, so why wouldn’t I portray that?
The picture of me in spandex? You know how long it took me to post that? I had the post sitting open for a while debating whether to post it or not. I didn’t know how it would be received. But then I took the fuck it approach, which I think more people should do.
Also. There’s this button that exists on tumblr.
I mean, seriously. If you have a problem with what I post, don’t read my blog. It really is that simple.
